  Yeah, that guy is hilariously bad. He hates life; life seems to hate him back. He must be someone's relative to keep the job. I hope this review makes his miserable day.

  The Officer was very efficient and proper, but showed no public relations competence at all, was lifeless and deadpan. It's hard to believe management allows him to represent the agency. He wouldn't last a minute in any retail business. When I left, I asked; "Officer ,do you know how to smile". His response was a deadpan "no".

  Someone needs to fire the man that's in there , he was completely rude to my boyfriend both times he was in there... If you hate your job that much you don't need to be there! It's your job to deal with the public!

  Avoid this place completely. The "gentleman" who I encountered was completely rude and condescending. They close from 11:30-1 for lunch. I arrived at 11:15 after a very long drive (their lunch hours are posted on the window, not on any official website) and was told to come back after lunch. I told him it wasn't 11:30 yet and therefore technically open and everywhere I've worked, be it call centers, retail or restaurants, if you close at 11 and it's 10:59 and someone calls/walks in, it is your responsibility to service them. You assist them (because they are paying your paychecks) and because you technically aren't closed. I arrived during operating hours. There was no one else in the office, just me. I need a job that lets me pick and choose the customers I take and get a two hour lunch on top of that. I opted to go to the DMV in Boone (who doesnt close for lunch). For the record, I was in and out of the Boone office in less than 20 minutes.
